Refund policy

If the fool isn't for you, you get your money back. 14 days, no questions, on your first purchase.

14-day refund on your first purchase

If you're not happy with your first purchase of Wit Pro or Wit Own-Key, email us within 14 days of the purchase and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked, no hoops.

Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. When a purchase is refunded, its license key is deactivated.

Subscriptions

You can cancel Wit Pro anytime, from the link in your receipt email or by writing to us.
After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. It then simply stops renewing.

Anthropic usage (Own-Key)

With Wit Own-Key you pay Anthropic directly for API usage. Those charges are between you and Anthropic and cannot be refunded by us.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
